Harvest Moon: September 2023

This month's full moon is exact at 4:58 AM CT in Aries. A beautiful day to finish something you initiated earlier this year. A stalled creative endeavor may come easily for you today. Perfect time to complete a craft project or deep cleaning job.

Or maybe just make a nice autumnal soup.

I like to make this vegetarian bean stew in my slow cooker.

6 cups vegetable broth (any broth works)
1 cup dry navy or cannellini beans
1 cup diced yellow onion
2 large carrots, diced
2 celery stalks, diced
2 Tbsp minced garlic
3 Tbsp uncooked white rice
1 tsp dry thyme
salt & pepper to taste

Cook 6-8 hrs on low.
