July's full moon is in Capricorn, exact today at 6:40 AM CT. It’s a good day for manifesting a big ambition or taking the reins of leadership on a project. Stand tall and go for it!

Don't overthink. Write the BIG idea or goal. What smaller steps need to happen first? And if there are four steps to get to the BIG thing, what smaller, micro actions can be taken on step one?

You've got a big idea and big plans, but it starts with small actions. One day, one hour, one step, one breath at a time. First things first. You can do this, but you don't have to do it alone. Definitely ask for help from a trusted person, perhaps with experience in this area.

If this big plan is related to healing or recovery, seek CONNECTION. The pain--whether it was addiction, burnout, illness, death, divorce, or other trauma--was a point of disconnection. Connect with yourself, your heart, and people or activities you love... that's where real healing lives.
