If you're feeling drawn to bumblebee jasper, it may be time to help any stuck emotions to move through the body. Try watching a comedy or romantic comedy, or going to a comedy show. Laughter is a great way to move stagnant feelings and it really is good medicine. There is research on how laughter alters dopamine and serotonin levels, which is especially beneficial for those experiencing depression or grief.
